1. If I buy package, how will I know how much you have used up?

We send you a timesheet on a regular basis as we use them up, depending on how much you use of it.

2. I just bought my a VA package, what’s next?

Don’t panic, one of our Project Managers will get in touch with you shortly.

3. Do you have any special procedures that I should follow with your Team

No hard and fast rules, take 10 mins and think how you would like us to work with you in terms of reporting. We will give you some tips anyway, but we want you to think what would work best for you as well.

4. What type of skills do your VAs have?

We can handle any type of Admin work, but if you need any specialist skill please mention. One of our partners may have it.

5. I am not totally satisfied with the work done and it has been put on the timesheet.

It is always good to have everything recorded on the timesheet regardless, but we will always re-do any job untill you are 100% satisfied at our own cost. We are not fussy, we are always happy to throw in a few hours to keep you happy.

6. I want to use your services, but I don’t know where to start. Can you help?

Always start with the tasks that are less important for you and low risk. Do a bullet point list and start from the bottom of your priority list. Get in touch!

7. I am bit concerned about Confidentiality and Privacy

We are happy to sign any type of non-disclosure agreement. Furthermore, we prefer not dealing with any sort of jobs where we need private and highly confidential data. It’s up to you.

8. I need small changes done to my website, how do I go about doing this?

These type of jobs are handled by web developers and not VAs. A web project manager will be your main contact depending on how large your project is. If you have smaller bits, you will just talk to a developer directly via email so that things are clear and quick.

9. What is your turn around time for a job that will take 4 hours.

It will depend on how many hours you bought with us. If you are on a 10 hour a week package, this spreads on 2 hours a day, so your task is more likely to take 2-3 business days. It all depends on the relationship we build along the way, the better client you are, the higher priority you get.

10. What if the person who is looking after my job falls sick or quits.

This rarely happens but I am always in the loop and oversee any task being done and any other team member can be assigned on your job. Don’t worry about that.
